Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou znalostí sester v intenzivní péči o podávání transfuzních přípravků. Teoretická část práce popisuje průřez transfuzním lékařstvím – historií, dárcovstvím, transfuzními přípravky, krevními deriváty, indikacemi podání, aplikací transfuzních přípravků a komplikacemi. The thesis is focused on blood transfusion knowledge among nurses in intensive care.
