Tato práce analyzuje ekonomické a právní souvislosti sociálních a mobilních her fungujících na obchodním modelu free­-to­-play. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vlastnostem a možnostem regulace virtuálních měn. This thesis analyses commercial and legal issues of social and mobile gaming based on free­-to-­play business model. Special attention is given to nature and regulation of virtual currencies. Broad data-­driven view of videogame markets is followed by closer breakdown of social games.
