Particularities of accounting and financing of a selected non-profit organisation.

Abstract:

Práce se soustředí na problematiku neziskových organizací z hlediska nejvýznamnějších specifik v oblasti účetnictví a financování. Stručně shrnuje podstatu a historii neziskového sektoru. Z právního hlediska vymezuje formální stránku neziskových organizací, konkrétně obecně prospěšnou společnost a příspěvkovou organizaci. Dále jsou v teoretické rovině představeny hlavní specifika účtování těchto dvou typů organizací a prezentovány vybrané účetní operace. Podstatou práce je teoretické a praktické srovnání možností financování těchto organizací s přihlédnutím na zakladatele neziskové organizace. Komparace je provedena u obou organizací ve více letech, aby byl patrný vývoj a efektivnost organizací. V závěru práce jsou využívané možnosti financování vyhodnoceny a zároveň je nastíněna možnost přínosnějšího řešení situace. Práce také zmiňuje aktuálnost daného tématu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's Work focuses on the issue of non-profit organisations in terms of major particularities of their accounting and financing. It gives a brief insight into the merits and history of the non-profit sector. From the legal point of view, it specifies the formal aspects of non-profit organisations, particularly quasi-public corporations and allowance organisations. Next, the theoretical part presents the major particularities of accounting at these types of organisations and selected accounting entries. The core of this Work is a theoretical and practical comparison of financing options for these organisations with regard to the non-profit organisation founder. The comparison was conducted at both organisations in more years to prove clearly the organisation's development and efficiency. The used ways of financing were evaluated and a more productive solution of the situation was outlined in the conclusion of the Work. This Work also mentions the topicality of this issue.
