Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání nedoplatků celního úřadu. Zaměřuje se na definování cla a s tím spojených pojmů. Dále se věnuje celnímu dluhu, od jeho vzniku až po zánik. Pokračuje ve vymáhání celních nedoplatků a popisuje možné způsoby. Nakonec se věnuje analýzám vývoje celních nedoplatků v čase a dále efektivnosti vymáhání celních nedoplatků. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of recovery of arrears from the customs office. It focuses on the definition of customs duties and related terms. It also deals with customs debt, from its origin to extinction. It continues to cover customs arrears and describes possible ways.
