Esential fatty acids in food and food accessories in Czech republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje dostupné informace o esenciálních mastných kyselinách a zabývá se charakteristikou, názvoslovím, vlastnostmi i souvisejícími aspekty s výskytem takto specifických mastných kyselin. Dále se věnuje potravinám a potravním doplňkům, se zaměřením na vysoký obsah esenciálních mastných kyselin, které jsou významným fakto-rem ovlivňujícím lidské zdraví.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis sumarizes available informations about essential fatty acids and is concerned with characteristics, terminology, properties other aspects related to presence of specific fatty acids. Further more it is focused on food and food supplements with a high content of essential fatty acids, which are a significant factor influencing human health.
