Abstract:
Borrelia miyamotoi představuje relativně nově objevený patogen přenášený klíšťaty, způsobující onemocnění podobné návratné horečce. Ač fylogeneticky náleží k borreliím způsobujícím návratnou horečku, je přenášena výhradně klíšťaty patřícími do komplexu Ixodes ricinus. Abstract:
Borrelia miyamotoi is an emerging tick-borne pathogen, which could cause relapsing fever-like disease. Although phylogenetically related to relapsing fever spirochaetes, Borrelia miyamotoi is typically transmitted by ticks from Ixodes ricinus complex.
