Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje přínos supervize z pohledu pomáhajících pracovníků sociálních služeb. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na zaměstnance pobočky Naděje Zlín, která byla zvolena jako místo realizace výzkumu. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vymezení teoretických východisek a principů supervize, její historický vývoj, funkce, formy, techniky. Dále se věnuje specifikům supervize v sociálních službách, osobnosti supervizora, výběru supervizora, uzavírání kontraktu. Praktická část práce popisuje využití strategie smíšeného výzkumu. Kvantitativní přístup je použit při dotazníkovém šetření pracovníků v přímé péči s klienty, kvalitativní přístup je použit při metodě ohniskové skupiny s vedoucími pracovníky Naděje Zlín. Cílem výzkumu je zmapovat proces supervize v konkrétní organizaci, zjistit jak je hodno-cena pracovníky organizace, ve kterých oblastech je považována za nejpřínosnější, jak může poskytování supervize ovlivnit management organizace.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis describes the benefit of supervision from the perspective of helping pro-fessionals in social services. Specifically, it focuses on the employees of Nadeje Zlin, which was chosen as the site for the research project. The theoretical part contains the definition of the theoretical basis and principles of supervision, its historical development, function, form, techniques. It also discusses the specifics of supervision in social services, the supervisor´s personality and selection, contract signing. The practical part describes the use of mixed research strategy. The quantitative approach is used within the survey focused on helping professionals in direct care, qualitative approach is used in form of focal interview with managers Nadeje Zlin. The aim of the research is to explore the process of supervision in a particular organization, to determine how the process of supervision is evaluated by professionals, which areas are considered to be most beneficial, how management can influence the way of provided supervision.
