Stressful situations in families of children with cerebral palsy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Zátěžové situace v rodině dítěte s mozkovou obrnou“ pojednává o zátěžových situacích vznikajících v rodinách dítěte s postižením a o způsobech jejich řešení. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé typy zátěžových situací a způsoby jejich řešení, dále pojmy rodina, mozková obrna a její přidružená postižení. Praktickou část tvoří kazuistiky, v nichž jsou poznatky z teorie zátěžových situací aplikovány na krizové situace u tří vybraných rodin. Je zde popsáno, které situace jsou pro tyto rodiny typické, jak rodiny vzniklé situace řeší, které situace se shodují a zda se vyskytují situace něčím výjimečné.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Stressful situations in families with a child with cerebral palsy" deals with stressful situations arisen in families with a child with some disability and also deals with ways how to solve them. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are characterized different types of stressful situations and their solutions, as well as terms like family, a cerebral palsy and its associated disabilities. The practical part consists of case studies in which the knowledge of the theory of stressful situations is applied on crisis situations in three families. It describes the situations that are typical for these families, how the families deal with those situations, which situations are similar and whether some situations are special in some ways.
