The diploma thesis deals with remedies in administrative proceedings which are available to foreigners to preserve their rights. The theoretical part is focused on the legislative framework of the issue. The practical part compares the development of appeals against administrative decisions of administrative bodies within the foreign agenda in the years 2013 to 2018.
