Tato práce je zameřena na přiblížení trestní politiky a zásad trestání v České republice, protože nový Trestní zákoník byl přijat relativně nedávno. Cílem této práce analýza systému trestněprávních sankcí, tak jak jsou v současnosti nastaveny v České republice. This bachelor thesis is focused on the approach of criminal policy and the principles of punishments in the Czech Republic, as the new Criminal Code was put forward recently.
