Cílem práce byla analýza konkrétního podniku, který se zabývá výrobou mléčných výrobků. Na začátku práce je provedena analýza odvětví, její současný stav a jsou uvedeny problémy, které existují v ruském agrobyznysu. Ve druhé části práce je provedena analýza firmy.
