The Reform of the czech education system after the year 1989

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá procesem vzniku zákona 172/1990 Sb. o vysokých školách. Časové rozmezí práce je od konce 80. let do roku 1990. Cílem práce je upozornit na to, že transformace vysokého školství v tomto odobí nebyla iniciována pouze událostmi listopadu 1989, ale započala mnohem dříve. Práce představuje zásadní problémy vysokého školství a jejich reálné rešení, a to prostřednictvím legislativních změn. Jedním z cílů je i představit rozdíly v návrzích legilastivních změn. Práce není založena jen legilastivní úrovni, vychází i z politicko-společenského kontextu.

Abstract:

This master thesis is dedicated to process of the creation of the lex 172/1990 Coll., the lex of the Czechoslovakia valid between the years 1990 to 1993. The time extensity os from the eighties of the XX. centrury to the year 1990. The intention of this work i try to prove that the transformation of the czech academical systme wasn´t iniciated by event in the Novemer 1989 (called as the Velvet revolution too), but that they started earlier. In this master theses we can find the general problems of the czech academical education and the real solution of these prolems based on the legislative act. In this these are also introduced defferences in the both conception of this refrom, socialistic and democratic. This these is written in the legislative as well as social and political context.
