Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the burnout syndrome in the staff of the Remand Prison Prague - Ruzyne. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part shows a description of burnout syndrome and describes its symptoms, phases and prevention.
