The design of company's information system

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh zlepšení informačních systémů, zaměřeno na školní informační systémy. Konkrétně se jedná o informační systém Škola Online na Základní a mateřské škole Šromotovo v Hranicích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní koncepty z informačních systémů. V praktické části je popsána Základní a mateřská škola Šromotovo a analyzován současný stav využívaného informačního systému. Dále je popsán návrh zlepšení tohoto informačního systému v návaznosti na analýzu požadavků, která probíhala formou rozhovorů se zaměstnanci školy. Konkrétní zlepšení informačního systému spočívá v rozšíření modulů na nejvyšší verzi informačního systém. Rozšířením modulů dojde k usnadnění distanční výuky a snížení administrativní zátěže zaměstnanců školy. Dále je navržena integrace s webovou aplikací Google Classroom. Integrace informačního systému Škola Online s webovou aplikací Google Classroom spočívá v umožnění importování hodnocení, které je náchylné k chybám v případě, že jej musí dělat sami učitelé.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose improvements concerning school information systems. The thesis focuses on the system of Škola Online used by Šromotovo Elementary School and Preschool in Hranice. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of information systems are introduced. The practical part contains a description of the Šromotovo Elementary School and Preschool, and an analysis of the current state of operation system usage. Based on the analysis of requirements, the improvement of the information system are suggested. The improvement of the information system consists of the extension of modules to the highest level and integration with Google Classroom. The extension of the modules meets the requirements of the staff and and makes the administrative processes more efficient.. The integration of the Škola Online information system with Google Classroom automates the import of the evaluation, which is otherwise prone to error, if done manually by the teachers.
