The Developing Strategy of the Company "Flight School Aviatický club" in the Selected EU Countries

Abstract:

Diplomové práce s názvem ?Rozvojová strategie firmy Aviatický klub v rámci vybraných zemí EU? je zaměřena na zvýšení hodnoty zmíněné společnosti. Cílem této práce je zjištění, zda je v rámci požadovaného rozvoje společnosti vhodné expandovat na některý z trhů Evropské unie. Práce vychází z teoretické roviny zaměřené na analýzy a postupy strategického plánování, kde je věnována pozornost především interní, externí a portfolio analýze. V aplikační části jsou tyto analýzy a postupy použity a vztaženy již na vybraný podnik Aviatický klub, spol. s r. o. Veškeré poznatky získané na základě provedených analýz jsou uvedeny ve finální hodnotící části práce vztahující se ke stanovení nejvhodnější možné strategie pro analyzovanou společnost a k návrhu jak danou strategii aplikovat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled "The Developing Strategy of the Company ?Flight school Aviatický klub? in the Selected EU Countries" is aimed to increasing the value of above mentioned company. The objective of this thesis is to determine whether, in the context of the required development of the company, is appropriate to expand on one of the markets of the European Union. The thesis is based on the theoretical frame, which is focused on analysis and processes of the strategic planning, where attention is paid primarily to the internal, external and portfolio analysis. In the application part are these analyzes and procedures used and related to the selected company Aviatický klub, s. r. o. All the knowledge, which were gained from the analyzes, are presented in the final evaluation part of the thesis related to the determination the most appropriate strategy for the analyzed company and to the proposal how to apply this strategy.
