Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aktuálních cytogenetických metod, které představuje jako důležitý nástroj při sledování vlivu genotoxických látek na organismus. S ohledem na praktickou studii je v textové části zařazena kapitola o lupénce. Výzkumná část analyzuje genotoxické riziko Goeckermanovy terapie u psoriatiků pomocí Mikronukleus testu ? modifikace s cytochalasinem B.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with current cytogenetic methods, which represents an important tool in monitoring the effects of genotoxic substances in the body. With regard to the practical study is the text of the chapter on psoriasis. The research analyzes the genotoxic risk of Goeckerman therapy for people sick psoriasis using the Micronucleus test - modifications with cytochalasin B.
