Předkládaná práce se zabývá tématem ekonomických aspektů pasivních domů v podmínkách České republiky. Zhodnoceny jsou jak obecná východiska tak i technické a ekonomicko-politické souvislosti. V úvodu práce provedena nejprve kategorizace domů typických svou energetickou náročností a zařazených podle období jejich výstavby. The work considers economic aspects of passive houses in the environment of Czech republic. Common data as well as technical and economic connections are taken in consideration. Houses energy intensity categorization connected to the period of construction is done at the beginning.
