Aktivita hydrolytických enzymů v bachoru srnčí zvěře v polních oblastech Mladoboleslavka
The activity of hydrolytic enzymes in roe deer rumen in the field areas of Mladá Boleslav (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic)
Abstract:
Nutriční strategie přežvýkavců je založena na fermentaci rostlinné potravyprobíhající prostřednictvím mikrobiálního ekosystému osídlujícího bachor. Populacemikroorganismů produkují řadu enzymů účastnících se degradace jednotlivých složekpotravy, jež by jinak byly pro hostitelský organismus nevyužitelné.Předložená práce popisuje aktivity vybraných hydrolytických enzymů srnčí zvěřeve vzorcích bachorového …moreAbstract:
Nutritional strategies of ruminants are based on the fermentation of plant foods byacting of the rumen microbial ecosystem. The population of micro-organisms produceswide spectrum of enzymes involved in degradation of food components that would beotherwise unusable by the host organism. The present work describes the activities of selected hydrolytic enzymes in the roedeer rumen content samples collected …more
