Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na poruchy vnitřního prostředí, které jsou způsobené převážně osmoticky aktivními látkami (etanol, metanol a etylenglykol). Dále pojednává o nerovnováze ve vnitřním prostředí charakterizující jednotlivé poruchy acidobazické rovnováhy jejich hodnocení a význam při otravách těmito osmoticky aktivními látkami. Abstract:
This thesis deals with acid-base balance disturbances caused by osmoticaly active substances (ethanol, methanol, ethyleneglycole). Furthermore, it describes homeostasis dysbalance connected with single disturbanses and its interpretation during intoxication with these osmoticaly active substances.
