Multiple Pregnancy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vícečetným těhotenstvím. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje ve třech kapitolách vícečetné těhotenství od jeho vzniku až po období po porodu. V teoretické části jsou popsány komplikace, které se s vícečetným těhotenstvím pojí. Dále zde najdeme možné způsoby vedení porodu vícečetných těhotenství. Praktická část je zaměřená na zpracování dat z analýzy zdravotnické dokumentace poskytnuté Uherskohradišťskou nemocnicí z roků 2018-2022. Zpracována byla data rodiček, které ukončily své vícečetné těhotenství v daných letech v Uherskohradišťské nemocnici.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on multiple pregnancies. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes, in three chapters, multiple pregnancy from the conception to the period after childbirth. The theoretical part also describes the complications associated with multiple pregnancies. Additionally, possible ways of managing the delivery of multiple pregnancies are presented. The practical part is focused on data analysis from medical records provided by the Uherské Hradiště Hospital from the years 2018-2022. The data of mothers who terminated their multiple pregnancy in those years at the Uherské Hradiště Hospital were processed.
