Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou trestněprávní ochrany zvířat v České republice. Úvod je věnován vymezení pojmu zvíře pohledem soukromého i veřejného práva, základním pojmům v oblasti týrání zvířat a historii trestněprávní ochrany zvířat na našem území. The bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of criminal protection of animals in the Czech Republic. The introduction is devoted to the definition of the term animal from the point of view of private and public law, the basic concepts in the field of animal cruelty and the history of criminal protection of animals in our territory.
