Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Vztah firemní kultury a firemní strategie - jejich dopad na dosažení firemních cílů“ je poukázat na problematiku firemní kultury a firemní strategie, ale i na související vztah mezi těmito firemními pojmy, které úzce souvisí s možným pozitivním i negativním dopadem na dosažení stanovených firemních cílů každé společnosti. V rámci dvou teoretických kapitol této diplomové práce je obecně vymezena charakteristika pojmu firemní kultura a firemní strategie, včetně poukázaní na existenci blízkého vztahu mezi těmito pojmy. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá zjištěním současného stavu a pohledu zaměstnanců na problematiku firemní kultury a firemní strategie ve společnosti KSB – PUMPY + ARMATURY, s. r. o., koncern na základě prostudování interních materiálů a vlastního výzkumného šetření. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje celkové zhodnocení výsledků výzkumného šetření a doporučení vhodných návrhů změn související sproblematikou firemní kultury a firemní strategie této společnosti, tak aby bylo pozitivně dosahováno vytyčených firemních cílů.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis „The relationship between corporate culture and corporate strategy - their impact on the achievement of corporate goals" is to highlight the issue of corporate culture and corporate strategy, as well as the related corporate relationship between these concepts that are closely related to the potential positive and negative impact on achieving the company's goals of each company. Two theoretical chapters defining a characteristic of the concept of corporate culture and corporate strategy, including pointing out the existence of a close relationship between these concepts. The practical part is determining a current status and a view of employees on a corporate culture and a corporate strategy at KSB - PUMPY + ARMATURY, s. r. o., through internal materials and custom research. The conclusion includes an assessment of the investigation results and recommendations some changes of corporate culture and of corporate strategy, so as to positively accomplish the desired business goals.
