Téma bakalářské práce pojednává o zabezpečovací detenci, legislativním rámci tohoto ochranného opatření, typologií pachatelů a náplni práce odborných zaměstnanců. Thesis topic discusses security detention, the method of establishing such a protective measure, typology of offenders and job description professional staff. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
