Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním rozdílů v kulturních postojů obyvatel Ruska rozdělených podle dvou faktorů: věku a pohlaví. Výzkum se provádí na základě modelu Hofstedových kulturních dimenzí. Významnost zjištěných rozdílů mezi jednot-livými skupinami je nadále ověřena prostřednictvím analytického nástroje ANOVA. Dosažené výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky jiných autorů a jsou dále diskutovány.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with exploring differences in cultural attitudes of Russian people divided by two factors: age and gender. The research is based on the Hofstede Cultural Dimension model. The significance of the differences found between the groups are further verified with the statistic instrument ANOVA. The results obtained are compared with the results of the other authors and are discussed.
