Abstract:
Práce obsahuje popis a charakteristiku tradiční výroby, jejích metod a nástrojů. Dále se práce zabývá štíhlou výrobou, metodami a nástroji používanými k realizaci štíhlé výroby a její vliv na řízení podniku.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis contains a description of the characteristics of traditional manufacturing, its methods and instruments. The thesis deals with lean manufacturing methods and tools used to implement lean manufacturing and its impact on business management.
