Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nečinností správních orgánů a možnostmi ochrany proti ní. Je zde charakterizován pojem nečinnosti a uvedeny právní základy ochrany. Hlavní část práce je věnována jednotlivým prostředkům ochrany proti nečinnosti.
