Práce byla zaměřena na optimalizaci separačních podmínek pro různé typy polárních aromatických nízkomolekulárních látek jak v systému kapalinové chromatografie hydrofilních interakcí, tak i částečně i v systému reversních fází. Abstract:
The work was focused on the separation conditions optimization for several groups of polar aromatic low-molecular compounds in the hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography mode and partly in the reversed phase systems. The retention was measured on silica columns with bonded diol and amide groups and on columns with bonded phenyl group with incorporated polar and non-polar functional groups. Columns …more
