Abstract:

Názvem mé bakalářské práce je Komparace stylistických prostředků v obchodní korespondenci. V této práci je stručně popsána charakteristika úředního stylu, který je pro obchodní komunikaci typický. Přičemž jsou zde zmíněné nejčastější chyby, se kterými se v dopisech můžeme setkat a kterých je nutné se vyvarovat. Dále je zde zmíněno rozložení textu a funkce jednotlivých částí dokumentu. Setkáváme se zde stručně s hlavními normami úředního stylu, které nám udávají vhodné užití slov ve větách a časté gramatické chyby. V příloze jsou vzorové obchodní dopisy s překladem do češtiny.

Abstract:

The name of my Bachelor thesis is the "Comparison of stylistic means in business correspondence". This thesis examines the characteristics of the official style, which is typical for a business communication. This thesis also assesses the most common errors encountered in the letters that we may encounter. However, it is necessary to avoid these errors in a business correspondence. This Bachelor thesis examines the text layout, functions of each part of the document and the main standards of the official style which indicates the suitable use of words in the sentences and frequent grammatical errors. The appendix includes samples of exemplary business letters translated in Czech.
