Abstract:
Analýza opatření obecné povahy coby abstraktně-konkrétního správního aktu a rozsahu pravomoci správních soudů k jeho přezkumu. Na základě analýzy relevantní judikatury správních soudů budou zjištěna nejčastější pochybení správních orgánů v procesu vydávání opatření obecné povahy zejména v době pandemie. Analysis of measures of a general nature as an abstract-specific administrative act and the scope of powers of administrative courts to review it.
