Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Participativní rozpočtování“ je představení inovativního konceptu participativního rozpočtování. Práce se zabývá analýzou tohoto nástroje moderní veřejné správy, přibližuje jeho fungování ve vybraných zemích a nastiňuje potenciální možnosti jeho využití v podmínkách České republiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the innovative concept of participatory budgeting. Its main objective is to introduce and further analyze this tool of modern public administration. The thesis also examines the use and the application of participatory budgeting in selected countries and outlines the possibilities of its adoption in the Czech Republic.
