Comparation of Selected Type Activities of Fire Brigade and Proposal of Fire Safety of Selected Subject

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je Komparace vybraných typových činností hasičského záchranného sboru a návrh požární bezpečnosti vybraného subjektu. Teoretická část se zabývá stručnou charakteristikou právních předpisů, které jsou stěžejní nejen pro práci hasičů, ale i celého integrovaného záchranného systému, dalším bodem teoretické části je konstituování Integrovaného záchranného systému a Hasičského záchranného sboru v České republice a rozbor vybraných typových činností. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na řešení aktuální problematiky požární bezpečnosti vybraného subjektu, který byl zvolen na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Pomocí metody What-if a matice rizik byla analyzována rizika pro zvolený subjekt. Rovněž obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu včetně pořízení evakuačních výtahů a návrh taktického cvičení pro složky Integrovaného záchranného systému Jihomoravského kraje, který bude sloužit pro školení mužstva a při zpracování taktických či prověřovacích cvičení.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is the Comparation of the typical activities of the Fire and Rescue Service and also processing of a proposal of a fire safety for a selected unit. The theoretical part deals with a brief description of legal regulations which are crucial not only for the work of firefighters, but also for the entire Integrated Rescue System, Another point of the theoretical part is the constitution of the Integrated Rescue System and the Fire Rescue Service in the Czech Republic and an analysis of selected types of activities. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the solution of the current issue of fire safety of the selected entity, which was chosen on the basis of semi-structured interviews. Using the What-if method and the risk matrix, the risks for the selected entity were analyzed. It also contains suggestions for improving the current situation, including the acquisition of evacuation elevators and a proposal for a tactical exercise for the components of the Integrated Rescue System of the South Moravian Region, which will be used for team training and during the processing of tactical or screening exercises.
