Function and Production of Reserve
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na funkci a tvorbu rezerv v pojišťovnictví. Přináší aktuální legislativní ukázku z nového zákona o Pojišťovnictví, který upravuje povinně předepsané technické rezervy pro životní a neživotní pojištění. Pro ukázku zobrazuje tvorbu samotných technických rezerv na názorných příkladech, jejich využití, a jejich následné finanční umístění na finančním trhu.
Abstract:
This Masters thesis concentrates on the function and creation of reserves in the insurance sector. It presents the current legislative example from the new Law on Insurance, which modifies the mandatory technical reserves for both life and non-life insurance.
