Personality and job satisfaction of Libyan coaches in the track and field

Anotace:

Personality is characterised as a complex theoretical phenomena which includes human situational behaviour and their experience. It manifests itself in a way which is determined by its biological structure. Job satisfaction is a part of the life satisfaction. There are many factors that contribute to job satisfaction, such as age, race, sex, status, salary and supervision. Education can also affect the job satisfaction of coaches. The higher level of education a coach has, the less dissatisfaction he expresses towards his relation to the environment. Finally I recommend the increase of wages, promotions and supervision in order to increase the job satisfaction of coaches and personality to be given a special attention since it is related to the issue in some way or another.
