Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku týkající se tloušťky rohovky a způsoby jejího měření před aplikací kontaktních čoček. V úvodních kapitolách se zabývám obecnými vlastnostmi rohovky, vývojem a historií pachymetrie a způsoby měření. The objective of the diploma paper is to outline the problems connected with corneal thickness, and the methods of measuring it before contact lens application.
