Imposing fines according to Act on Transgressions
Abstract:
Práce je zpracována jak na základě teoretických, tak i praktických poznatků autora. Je zde vymezen pojem přestupku a popsán proces ukládání sankcí v přestupkovém řízení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is processed in terms of experiences drawed by author, codes and skilled literature. Author specified the term of transgression and described the process of imposing fines according to Act on Transgressions.
