Quality increasing in public bus transport to the selected carrier (ZDAR a.s., Žďár nad Sázavou)
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou kvality osobní dopravy a přepravy u firmy ZDAR a.s., Žďár nad Sázavou. Cílem je provést analýzu současného stavu problematiky u tohoto dopravce spolu s identifikací prvků kvality. Dále je v této práci proveden návrh na částečné nebo úplné odstranění nedostatků. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat současný stav a navrhnout jeho zlepšení.
Abstract:
The work deals with the quality of passenger transport and transport at the company ZDAR as, Žďár nad Sázavou. The objective is to analyze the current state of problems with this carrier along with identification of elements and their perception of the quality of passengers. Additionally, the work done outline solutions in the design of the thesis.
