RM-System as an organized market in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj RM-Systému jako mimoburzovního a později burzovního organizátora trhu, důvod vzniku mimoburzovního trhu a porovnat výhody RM-S vůči BCPP.
Abstract:
The aim is to evaluate the development of RM-System as OTC and stock exchange market organizer later, the cause of this OTC market and compare the advantages RM-S to PSE.
