Domestic violence

Abstract:

Tato práce řeší problematiku domácího násilí páchaného na ženách v české společnosti. Cílem práce je poukázat na uvedenou problematiku, najít příčiny tohoto jevu a zaměřit se na důvod, proč neustále přibývá páchání násilí v rámci rodiny. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřená na základní vymezení pojmu domácího násilí páchaného na ženách, na jeho průběh, řešení, prevenci, správný postup policie v případech domácího násilí a jeho právní úpravu v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje případ domácího násilí z mého okolí, rozhovor s týranou ženou a dále mé poznatky ze soudního jednání týkající se domácího násilí, kterého jsem se zúčastnila.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of the domestic violence against women in the Czech society. The goal of my bachelor´s thesis is to point out the issue of domestic violence, find out the cause and the origin of this problem. The bachelor´s thesis is focused on reason, why there is still the growth of domestic violence committed in the Czech families. The Bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts – the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the concept of the domestic violence against women, its progress, its solution, prevention, correct police techniques in cases of the domestic violence and the legislation in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the Bachelor´s thesis contains a case of domestic violence in my neighborhood, the interview with a tortured woman and further my findings from the judicial proceedings with the matter of domestic violence, that I attended.
