Food allergies in children of pre-school age in Vsetín

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Potravinové alergie u dětí předškolního věku ve městě Vsetín“ se zabývá problematikou potravinové alergie. Teoretická část práce shrnuje rozdělení, historii, projevy, diagnostiku a nejčastější druhy tohoto onemocnění. Dále byla popsána potravinová intolerance a její nejčastější druhy, z důvodu odlišení od potravinové alergie. V závěru teoretické části jsou charakterizovány nejčastější druhy potravinové alergie dle věku dítěte. Druhá, výzkumná část je zaměřená na potravinové alergie u předškolních dětí ve městě Vsetín a řešení jejich stravování v prostorách mateřských škol. Doplňkově bylo zjištěno, zda proběhlo proškolení kuchařek na dietní stravování. Pomocí polostrukturovaného interview s vedením mateřských škol byly zjištěny veškeré informace a výsledná data byla prezentována ve formě grafů.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis “Food allergies in children of pre-school age in Vsetín“ deals with the topic of food allergies. Theoretical part consists of division, summarization, history, symptoms, diagnosis and its most numerous categories. Later on food intolerance was described and its most occurred categories were mentioned in order to distinguish between food allergy and food intolerance. In the conclusion of the theoretical part are the categories of allergies of the children characterized according to the age. Research part is focused on food allergies in preschool children in Vsetin and solving of their nourishment demands in the kindergarten. Additionally was questioned if the chefs in the kindergarten were trained in the field of special nourishment. With the help of semi-structured interview with the management of the kindergartens were founded out the data and they were presented in the graphs.
