Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo kvantitativním výzkumem na vybraném vzorku dlouhodobě duševně nemocných pacientů srovnat subjektivně vnímanou kvalitu života, popř. diferencovat, které oblasti života jsou pro nemocné dominantní a přispívají k jeho subjektivně lepšímu prožívání. Cíleněji se zaměřujeme na komparaci subjektivně vnímané kvality života pacientů u čtyř diagnostických skupin pacientů a to pacienti léčení pro závislost na alkoholu, schizofrenii, depresi a neurotickou poruchu. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 98 pacientů (46 mužů a 52 žen) hospitalizovaných na psychiatrickém oddělení v nemocnici Havířov v období od ledna do 15. dubna 2015. Respondenti administrovali Dotazník kvality života SQUALA a Sebeposuzovací škálu SCL - 90. Byl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl pro celkovou kvalitu života i pro rozdíly v profilech parciálních skórů pacientů ve srovnání s kontrolní skupinou. Dále jsme potvrdili rozdílné profily parciálních a hrubých skórů napříč diagnostickými skupinami. V celkovém skóru kvality života se statisticky významné rozdíly v závislosti na diagnostické skupině neprokázaly, ale jejich profil parciálních skórů vykazoval statisticky významné rozdíly. Byl prokázán vliv obtíží a symptomů na celkovou kvalitu života pomocí regresní analýzy.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis, we focus on the issue of subjective perception of quality of life in patients with mental illness - in a more targeted focus on the comparison of subjective quality of life for patients of four diagnostic groups of patients and patients treated for alcohol addiction, schizophrenia, depression and neurotic disorder. The aim of this diploma thesis was quantitative research on a sample of long-term mentally ill patients to compare the subjective quality of life, respectively to differentiate which areas of life are dominant for patients and contribute to its subjectively better experience. The research sample is consisted of 98 patients (46 men and 52 women) hospitalized in the psychiatric ward at the hospital Havirov in the period from January to April 15, 2015. Respondents administered the Quality of Life Questionnaire SQUALA and the self-rating scale SCL - 90. There was a statistically significant difference for the overall quality of life for the differences in the profiles of the partial scores in patients compared to the control group. Furthermore, we confirmed different profiles of partial and gross scores across diagnostic groups. In the overall quality of life scores there were statistically significant differences depending on the diagnostic group showed, but their profile partial scores showed statistically significant differences. There has been shown the influence of symptoms and difficulties on the overall quality of life by using regression analysis.
