Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s zabývá tématem Zaměstnaneckých benefitů v soukromém a veřejném sektoru a je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části rozebereme pojem řízení lidských zdrojů, motivaci pracovníků a možnost jejich následného odměňování, který je konkrétně směřován na mzdu a poté zaměstnanecké benefity.
