Abstract:

Tato práce jako celek sleduje jeden hlavní cíl, jímž je osvětlení právního okolí akcií, jejich druhů a nové právní úpravy, která vstoupila v platnost počátkem minulého roku. Pro splnění hlavního cíle se ale nejdříve věnuji cílům vedlejším, tj. cílům odpovídajícím jednotlivým částem této práce (kapitolám). Mou snahou v první části byla definice základních pojmů, které se vztahují k danému tématu, následně jsem v druhé části objasňoval nakládání s akciemi a třetí část jsem věnoval výše zmíněné nové úpravě společně s jejím odůvodněním a přínosem. V závěru práce jsem se snažil o shrnutí všech poznatků, které jsem pomocí právní rešerše a analýzy nasbíral.

Abstract:

This thesis observes as complex one main target, which is an illumination of juristic vicinity of share´s, their kinds and of a recodification, which came in force in the beginning of last year. For accomplishment of the main target I dedicate first to supporting targets, which corresponde to particular parts, chapters in the thesis. My effort in the first part was a definition of basic notions, which relates to given theme, then I elucidated the sharehandling in the second part and I devoted the third part to above-mentioned recodification together with her justification and acquisition. At the end of my thesis I tried to summarize all the findings, which I collected with legal research and analysis.
