Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na teoretický popis třech nejrozšířenějších programů (filozofií) indoorcyclingu, nebo-li skupinové jízdy na stacionárním kole pod vedením instruktora, a na tvorbě vlastního výukové programu. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on a theoretical description of the three most important and widespread programmes (philosophies) of indoor cycling or group cycling on a stationary bicycle under the guidance of an instructor and the subsequent formulation of a complex training programme.
