Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část má celkem 7 kapitol, ve které jsou objasněny základní pojmy související s dalším vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků, legislativní rámec a historie dalšího vzdělávání. Dále jsou v této části diplomové práce popsány současné formy a metody dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků včetně jedné z nejrozšířenějších forem a tou je E-learning se zaměřením na definici e-learningu, jeho historii, jaké jsou výhody a nevýhody této formy včetně účastníků e-learningového vzdělávání. Teoretická část se rovněž zabývá kariérním řádem a také popisuje další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků v zahraničí. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá průzkumem se zaměřením na zjištění, jaká je motivace pedagogických pracovníků dále se vzdělávat, a jaké k tomu mají vytvořené podmínky.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on further education of teaching staff. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part consists of seven chapters, in which basic concepts related to the further education of teaching staff, as well as legislative framework and history of further education, are explained. Furthermore, this part of the thesis describes current forms and methods of furher education including one of the most common forms nowadays, which is e-learning. This part consists of defining e-learning, its history and also clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of this form of education. The theoretical part also includes description of career structure and further education of teaching staff in other countries. The practical part consists of survey, which is focused on finding what is the motivation of the teaching staff to further educate themselves and what conditions are created for them to educate.
