Invalid Employment Termination by Statement and its Economic Consequences
Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl zanalyzovat komplexní pohled na neplatné skončení pracovního poměru ve vztahu k pozitivnímu pracovnímu právu. S takovouto skutečností jsou spojeny nejen právní, ale i mimoprávní důsledky. Zpracování proběhlo na základě deskriptivní metody hodnocení současného stavu. Výsledkem práce je objasnění příčiny nárůstu neplatného skončení pracovněprávního vztahu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to a comprehensive overview of invalid termination of employment in relation with positive law. This fact is related to legal and other social consequences. For the elaboration of the thesis was used describing and analyses methods focusing on evalution of current situation.
