Posílení role rodinných podniků v České republice: Návrh opatření pro vládu

Abstract:

Rodinné podniky jsou důležitou součástí ekonomik po celém světě, a proto se tento článek zabývá tím, jak může česká vláda lépe podporovat české rodinné podniky, aby jim pomohla stát se silným a stabilním základem ekonomiky. Pro zjištění možností zlepšení postupů podpory rodinných podniků byla provedena analýza současného stavu v České republice a v několika dalších zemích světa pomocí průzkumů mezi českými a zahraničními spotřebiteli a rozhovorů s českými rodinnými podniky. Zjištění ukázala, že Česká republika je v porovnání s ostatními zeměmi dobrá pouze s drobnými návrhy, jako je snížení dědické daně, ale rozhovory ukázaly znechucení dotazovaných firem vůči finanční podpoře a neustálým zásahům do jejich podnikání. A konečně průzkumy naznačily, že diferenciace by byla pro spotřebitele přínosná. Závěrem lze říci, že méně zásahů do podnikání a lehčí podpora dobře marketingově zpracovaného loga české rodinné firmy pro snazší diferenciaci nebo daňové pobídky pro generační uvedení do podnikání mohou poskytnout potřebnou pomoc, kterou by rodinné firmy od vlády ocenily.

Abstract:

Family businesses are a crucial part of economies worldwide; therefore, this paper looks at how the Czech government can provide better support for Czech family businesses to help them become a strong and stable cornerstone of the economy. To identify the improvement of family business supporting practices, an analysis of the current status of the Czech Republic and multiple other countries worldwide was conducted with surveys of Czech and international consumers and interviews with Czech family businesses. The findings showed that the Czech Republic compares well to other countries with only minor suggestions like lowering of inheritance tax, but the interviews showed the disgust of interviewed firms toward the financial support and constant interference with their businesses. Lastly, surveys suggested that differentiation would be found beneficial by the consumers. In conclusion, less interference with business and more light support of a well-marketed Czech family business logo for easier differentiation or tax incentives for generational introduction to the business can provide the needed assistance that family businesses would appreciate from the government.
