Possibilities of physiotherapy of acquired defects of foot by adults.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech fyzioterapie statických deformit nohy u dospělých. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. A to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána stavba a funkce nohy. Dále jsou definovány a popsány jednotlivé statické deformity nohy, jejich diagnostika a léčba, včetně možností fyzioterapie těchto získaných vad. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje ve své větší části na šetření pomocí tří kazuistik probandů s diagnózou získané vady nohy. Kazuistiky jsou zaměřeny na odběr anamnézy, vstupní vyšetření a výstupní vyšetření provedené s odstupem osmi týdnů. V období mezi vstupním a výstupním vyšetřením prováděli pacienti totožná cvičení, která jim byla zadána po provedení vstupního vyšetření. V menším oddílu praktické části práce je zaznamenán výsledek dotazníkového šetření provedeného společností Otto Bock v roce 2018. Výsledky kazuistického šetření naznačují, že vlivem cvičení došlo k redukci bolestivých bodů na chodidle, zlepšení stability nohy a srovnání hodnot Area při vyšetření Presscam. Dotazníkové šetření dokazuje, že nejčastěji se vyskytující získanou vadou nohy v populaci je podélné plochonoží.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of physiotherapy of static foot deformities by adults. Thesis is divided into two parts - Theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the structure and function of the foot is described. Next individual static deformities and their diagnostics and curing process are defined, including possibilities of physiotherapy of such abnormalities. Practical part is mostly focused on investigation using three volunteer's casuistries together with diagnosis of foot errors. Casuistries are focused on getting the anamnesis and input and output check-up. Check-ups were performed 8 weeks apart. During this period of time, all patients were performing the same exercises, they were given after the input check-up. In a small section of the practical part of the thesis, results of Otto Bock's company's questionnaires from the year 2018 were written down. The casuistries' results indicate, that thanks to the exercises painful spots of the foot were reduced as well as the Area reading using Presscam check-up were equalized. Analysis of the questionnaires proves, the most frequent gained foot abnormality in our population is a flat foot.
