Recruiting people by the employment agency

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá získávání pracovníků personální agenturou. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení nastavených postupů a metod získávání pracovníků ve vybrané personální agentuře. Zjištění efektivity použitých metod získávání při obsazování pracovních míst a identifikace silných a slabých stránek. Pro sběr dat byla využita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, která umožňuje nejlépe zjistit, jak skutečně probíhá získávání vhodných uchazečů a následně jejich doporučení klientovi. Jako výzkumný soubor byli vybráni všichni konzultanti, kteří pracují v agentuře (7 žen) alespoň šest měsíců. Bylo zjištěno, že pracovníci agentury vesměs nejednají v rozporu s rešerší literatury, ale našly se i mezery, například v agentuře téměř neprobíhá vyhodnocování efektivnosti získávání vhodných uchazečů. Avšak ze strany agentury v roce 2021 dochází k částečnému napravení, kdy se snaží analyzovat odkud se jim hlásí uchazeči a kolik jich umístili do firem.

Abstract:

This thesis examines recruitment of staff by the employment agency. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the set procedures and methods of recruiting people in the selected employment agency. Determining the effectiveness of the recruitment methods used in filling jobs and identifying strengths and weaknesses. The method of semi-structure interview was used for data collection, which make it possible to find out the best way to recruit suitable candidates and subsequently recommend them to the client. All consultants who have worked at the agency (7 women) for at least six months were selected as the research sample. Agency staff follow steps which were described in the literature review. But some gaps have also been found, for example in the agency there is almost no evaluation of the effectiveness of recruiting suitable candidates. Form the beginning of the year 2021, the agency makes a partial correction. They analyse from which media the candidates came and how many candidates they placed in the companies.
