Návrh zvýšení úrovně managementu ve firmě

The project of management level increasing in the company
Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu a identifikace nedostatků navrhnout a rozpracovat opatření ke zvýšení úrovně managementu zdravotnického zařízení. Teoretická část práce definuje východiska popisovaného problému, praktická část se věnuje analýze, vlastnímu návrhu řešení a zhodnocení navrhovaných opatření a jejich přínosech.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on to analyze the current situation and identifying gaps to design and develop measures to increase the level of management of medical devices. The theoretical part defines the basis described problem, the practical part is devoted to the analysis, own design, delivery and evaluation of the proposed measures and their benefits.
