Remedial Measures for Tax Administration
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínění možností týkající se ochrany práv daňových subjektů v daňovém řízení. Pro snazší pochopení problematiky jsou nejdříve vysvětleny některé základní pojmy spjaté s daňovým řízením. Hlavní část práce je věnována soustavě opravných a dozorčích prostředků, které je možné využít v rámci daňového řízení.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is outlining possibilities of protecting the rights of taxpayers in tax proceedings. For a better understanding of the problems are explained some basic concepts related to tax management. The main part is devoted to the system of legal and supervisory resources that can be used in the context of fiscal management.
